Launched in 2019 with one truck and a mission to raise the bar, IrriLights is now a go-to service provider for smart irrigation and lighting systems—serving homes, HOAs, and commercial properties alike.

Where it all began
What started as a family-operated irrigation business quickly earned a reputation for being reliable, responsive, and honest. Our first clients were neighbors—and they’re still with us today. From day one, our focus was on doing the job right and showing up when others wouldn’t.
2021
Adding lighting & expanding service capacity
As we grew, we added low-voltage landscape lighting to meet client demand for complete outdoor systems. This allowed us to offer unified irrigation and lighting services across residential properties, HOAs, and commercial sites—delivered with the same reliability we were known for.
2024
Laying the groundwork for what's next
As our client list grew, we began preparing to scale—from hiring and training to mapping out new service areas. This was a year of operational groundwork, ensuring we could handle more volume without compromising on service standards.

Professionalizing operations to scale responsibly
We modernized how we run the business—introducing new tools to manage scheduling, customer communication, and job tracking with consistency. These upgrades allow our field team to stay responsive and organized while providing a smoother, more transparent experience for every client.

Meet the founder
Francisco
founder
Francisco started his career in irrigation more than 25 years ago, managing large-scale installs and service programs at ValleyCrest, one of the industry’s most respected commercial landscaping firms. He continued through the 2014 merger that formed BrightView, where he led operations until founding IrriLights.
In 2019, he began taking on select local projects, driven by a desire to offer better, more personal service. By 2020, IrriLights became his full-time focus—a company built to raise the bar in irrigation and lighting by doing things the right way: clearly, consistently, and with pride in every job.
